| Avalar Real Estate & Mortgage Network in Rocklin began as Stanford Ranch Realty in 1997. Russ Knapp and Rory Hoelker began the company while the rapid development of Stanford Ranch was underway. The company quickly became the “local” real estate company selling Stanford Ranch.
As the build-out of Stanford Ranch occurred, Hoelker re-located to Folsom and opened Folsom Hills Realty in 2002. Knapp continued as the Broker for Stanford Ranch Realty at a new office location at 3231 Stanford Ranch Road, Rocklin.
In March 2005, Stanford Ranch Realty and Folsom Hills Realty joined Avalar Real Estate & Mortgage Network, a relatively young franchise that began in Northern California 1994. The concept of that franchise went national in late 1999 under the name Avalar. The company offers innovative commission programs; revenue sharing for agents through sponsorship; retirement benefits after a number of years service; and ongoing training and support for agents. |
